Same platform. Different day-to-day.
A gym and a personal trainer need different things, but both get an app with their own name and logo that members log in to. Choose who you are, and we’ll show you which modules we recommend, why, and what they cost.
One system for members, classes, staff and the door
Memberships renew themselves, classes are booked in the app, the staff rota and pay tie in with the class timetable, and the door follows the membership. Your members get an app with the gym’s own name and logo.
Six modules for a gym with classes and staff
This is the combination most gyms settle on. You can switch modules on and off whenever you like, so start here and adjust as you go.
Or DKK 505 per month + Staff rota and pay DKK 1,000 per year. Plus SMS usage and the door system’s own licence.
Switch on Online training programmes and Habit tracker, and your trainers get programmes and follow-up in the same app.
Payments that run themselves
Members buy and renew in the app by card. The money goes via Stripe directly to the gym’s own account, and Moduli takes no percentage.
- Status follows the payment, so you don’t have to chase payments by hand
- Cancellation from the end of the paid period, and lock-in periods are respected
- Pausing and resuming, and discount codes
Class booking with a waiting list that runs itself
Class templates become a timetable. Members book in the app themselves, a class can’t be overbooked, and the waiting list moves people up and lets them know.
- The instructor gets the participant list and records attendance
- Fees for late cancellation and no-shows, based on your own rules
- Class passes and drop-in for those without a full membership
Staff rota and pay in the same system as your classes
Classes and shifts in one weekly plan. An instructor can’t be booked in two places without you being told, and pay is calculated from the classes actually held.
- Instructors swap shifts, with or without approval
- Pay report as CSV for your payroll system
- Staff see only their own shifts and their own pay
The door, the messages and the numbers
Switch without starting over
We import members, memberships, session passes and upcoming bookings from YOGO. From another system, we import the members from a CSV file. Afterwards, members get an invitation to the new app.
Your members log in to your app. Not to Moduli.
The app has your name, your logo and your colours. Members install it from the browser and log in as if it were built for you. What they can do in the app depends on the modules you have switched on.
You switch modules on and off yourself
From your side of the platform. A new module is in the app straight away, and a module you switch off stops at the end of the period.
Try a module for free first
Ask us about a free trial of a module, and see whether it’s right for you before you pay for it.
Never any lock-in
Not on the trial, not on the modules, not on Moduli. You only pay for what is switched on.
Let’s talk about your gym.
You pay per module. No lock-in.
Programmes, follow-up and session passes in one app with your name on it
Build programmes in minutes, follow each client’s training and habits, message each other in the app and sell session passes. You don’t need a gym to use Moduli, and your clients see your name and logo, not ours.
Three modules for a trainer with regular clients
This covers a typical PT business: programmes, follow-up between sessions and sales of session passes. Messages, a shop and your own app are always included.
Or DKK 2,470 per year, where a year costs the same as 10 months.
If you sell ongoing monthly programmes, switch on Memberships and payments, and the client pays automatically every month. If you run small classes or bootcamps, switch on Classes and booking.
Programmes with progression, logged on the phone
Choose a goal, and the programme wizard sets out progression week by week, with deloads and test days. The client logs sets, weight and reps, and you follow progress per exercise.
- Goals: strength, muscle building or weight loss
- Exercise catalogue with video, descriptions and alternatives, and drafts with AI
- The client can swap an exercise if the machine is taken
Follow up on data instead of memory
Give the client daily habits with a target, for example 2 litres of water or 8,000 steps. The client logs the day in a few seconds, and you see the history day by day, so your next conversation is about what actually happened.
